0qqgg Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 0qqgg website accessible at https://0qqgg.io, including all subpages, mobile-optimised versions, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform, including your wallet balance, transaction history, bonus allocations, and personal profile.

0qqgg reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at our sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. If you discover or suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify 0qqgg support immediately at [email protected]. Where duplicate accounts are found to have been created deliberately to circumvent platform rules, both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You may update your contact email address, phone number, and communication preferences from within your account settings at any time.

All account balances on the 0qqgg Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and verification status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per day. Higher limits may be available on request for high-volume players.

• Fees: 0qqgg does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

0qqgg applies a same-method withdrawal policy where operationally possible, meaning that withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be agreed with you through the support team.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. 0qqgg reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity. We will communicate any such delay to you promptly and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.

0qqgg offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive schemes from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Whether a player is eligible for a specific promotion is determined by 0qqgg at our sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount. Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed on slots count 100% toward wagering. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games and betting products available on the 0qqgg Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Published RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are available from the game information panel within the game interface.
• Sports betting odds are set by 0qqgg and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being accepted will be voided and the stake returned.

0qqgg reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook and game interfaces. In the event of a calculation error in our systems resulting in an incorrect payout, the error will be corrected and the accurate amount paid or recovered accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0qqgg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false identity documents or date of birth.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.

All content on the 0qqgg Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, icons, audio, video, user interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 0qqgg or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing agreements. 0qqgg does not transfer any rights in third-party game content to you.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
